Consultant Psychologist (Part-Time, 22.5 hours per week) Location: West Yorkshire Setting: Rehabilitation Site for adult males Service Level: Level 2 Rehabilitation – supporting adults with complex mental health needs About the Role: We are looking for a Consultant Psychologist to join our dedicated and supportive team. You’ll be working with patients who are on their recovery journey from serious mental health conditions. The service provides personalised care through proven therapies to help individuals move toward a more independent and fulfilling life. This is a part-time role (22.5 hours per week), ideal for someone passionate about psychological care and multidisciplinary teamwork. Key Responsibilities: * Assess and plan care: Respond to referrals by assessing patients and creating tailored therapy plans. * Deliver therapy: Provide both 1:1 and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based psychological approaches. * Support patient progress: Regularly review therapy plans to make sure they meet the changing needs of patients. * Collaborate with the team: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other professionals in regular clinical meetings (MDTs). * Lead and advise: Offer clinical guidance to other team members and contribute to training and supervision. * Keep records: Maintain clear and accurate documentation on patient care and outcomes. * Support audits and research: Help collect and analyse data to improve service quality and outcomes.
