The role
Domus Recruitment are working with a well established provider who are seeking an Interim Deputy Manager to support the delivery of their respite service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to develop their leadership and management skills within adult social care services supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the daily oversight of the serviceSupervise, support and monitor staff performance, attendance and conductSupport Team Managers and Registered Managers in the compliant delivery of regulated servicesEnsure services are delivered in line with CQC standards, policies and proceduresPromote person centred support and oversee individual support plans and risk assessmentsSupport safeguarding processes and promote safe working practices across servicesMonitor service quality, performance and continuous improvement initiativesWork collaboratively with families, health professionals and external agenciesSupport rota planning and staffing coordination to ensure safe service delivery
Requirements:
Experience working within adult social care services supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autismStrong understanding of safeguarding, risk management and CQC complianceNVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care essentialFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle If you are interested in the above position please apply, or for more information contact Hollie Messenger at Domus Recruitment.
