Location: London, Thames Valley & Milton Keynes
Working Pattern: Hybrid

Ready to take your career to the next level? We’re looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join our growing Air IT team, helping our clients get the most from their IT while driving long‑term, value‑led partnerships.

Your Impact

As an Account Manager at Air IT, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME customers across London, the Thames Valley and Milton Keynes. Using a consultative, value‑led approach, you’ll:

* Build trusted, long‑term relationships with key client stakeholders
* Drive account retention, satisfaction and revenue growth
* Identify opportunities for service improvement, upsell and cross‑sell
* Translate client business needs into tailored IT and cyber security solutions
* Act as the main escalation and relationship owner for your accounts
* You’ll work closely with our Service Delivery, Technical and Cyber teams to ensure clients receive a consistently excellent experience.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing a portfolio of MSP clients, acting as their primary point of contact
* Identifying and developing opportunities across Air IT’s service portfolio
* Running account reviews, QBRs and roadmap discussions
* Clearly articulating the value of managed IT, cloud and security services
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure solutions are delivered effectively
* Maintaining accurate pipeline and account data within our CRM


What You Bring

* Proven experience as an Account Manager within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels
* Solid commercial awareness and B2B sales capability
* Demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets
* Confidence operating in a fast‑paced, evolving technology landscape
* Experience using CRM systems and digital sales workflows
* Experience selling a mix of core MSP services, including Managed IT support & service desk
* Microsoft 365
* Azure and cloud services
* Cyber security solutions (e.g. endpoint security, backup & disaster recovery, SIEM)
