There is potential for a TLR for candidates with leadership ambitions and experience.
The Role
* Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
* Contribute to the development of an ambitious and expanding Business Studies curriculum
* Inspire students to develop critical thinking, financial literacy, and commercial awareness
* Participate in department planning, extra-curricular enterprise initiatives, and sixth form support
* Take on leadership responsibilities within the department (for suitable candidates)

What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject
* UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5
* A teacher with high expectations, excellent subject knowledge, and a forward-thinking approach
* Leadership experience or potential, especially in curriculum planning, is highly desirable
* ECTs with strong placement experience will also be considered
