Duties of a CNC Maintenance Technician
* Performing preventative and reactive maintenance on our CNC systems.
* Troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues to minimise downtime.
* Conducting repairs and ensuring equipment operates efficiently.
* Collaborating with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
* Assisting in the continuous improvement of maintenance procedures.
Requirements
* Apprenticeship-trained ideally with both electrical and mechanical qualifications.
* Proven experience in maintaining multi axis CNC technology.
* Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components.
* Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.
