What We're Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
* Recent experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting
* A genuine passion for working with young children
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
Your Role
* Supporting the learning and development of children aged 3-5
* Creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment
* Working closely with class teachers and support staff
* Helping children reach key developmental milestones
* Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are upheld at all times
