Stock controller

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Reporting to Warehouse Team Leader, the Stock Controller is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of materials and products into the production process.

They are responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, tracking inventory, and coordinating the flow of materials to support production and meet customer demand, while minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inventory management
* Maintain accurate and up to date records of inventory, including stock levels and locations.
* Monitor profile of all stock to identify fast and slow-moving stock.
* Provide requirements to inform placement of orders with suppliers and replenish stock as required, ensuring timely delivery.
2. Receiving & dispatch
* Oversee receipt of ordered goods, ensuring accuracy.
* Take part in management of storage of products (locations etc).
