Experience previously within the Electrical industry
Role information: Our client is looking for an Electrical Supervisor in Blackburn, this is on a permanant basis.
Duties Include
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Conduct inspections of electrical installations and systems to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
* Provide guidance and support in troubleshooting electrical issues, utilising both power tools and hand tools effectively.
* Develop work schedules and assign tasks to team members based on project requirements.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and project progress.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within larger projects.
* Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in electrical work, safety protocols, and equipment handling.
