About the Role: - Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Primary Key Stage (EYFS, KS1 OR KS2 depending on experience). - Adapt teaching to meet the need of pupils with varying abilities and learning styles. - Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages, curiosity and creativity. - Monitor pupil progress, assess learning outcomes, and provide clar, constructive feedback. - Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and parents to ensure every child reaches their potential. - Uphold the school’s values and contribute to its wider community and culture. Requirements: - Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent recognised teaching qualification. - Experience teaching in UK primary school setting (EYFS, KS1, OR KS2) - Strong classroom management and communication skills. - A passion for inspiring young learners and supporting their development. - A valid DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
