Job Posting Title: Coordinator, Content Operations Req ID: 10123337 Job Description: About the Role & Team At Disney Entertainment & ESPN Content Platforms & Operations, we’re responsible for ensuring that Disney’s content reaches global audiences efficiently and flawlessly. Based at our B-Wing Post Production facility in Hammersmith, our Content Delivery team works across platforms, regions, and formats to manage content delivery pipelines and meet critical transmission deadlines. The Coordinator, Content Delivery plays an essential role in ensuring that all content is delivered on time and to the highest quality across linear and non-linear platforms, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to uphold Disney’s operational excellence. What You Will Do Reporting to the Supervisor, Content Operations, you will support the daily management of content workflows, including asset delivery, quality checks, and readiness for playout. You will liaise across departments and vendors to track asset readiness and ensure all post production and content delivery tasks are executed in line with service level agreements and channel expectations. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of content to Disney’s linear and digital platforms, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards upheld. Coordinate with Content Operations Coordinators, Localisation teams, and third-party vendors to schedule and track content delivery activities. Monitor programme inventory and delivery timelines, producing regular reports and performance analysis. Prioritise mastering and post production tasks (QC, Conform, Compliance, Audio Sync, Subtitling) to meet programming schedules. Resolve issues related to rejections, subtitling, or technical discrepancies by liaising with vendors, mastering teams, and transmission. Support requests related to content availability for VOD, promotions, duplication, format transfer, and external distribution. Assist with recharge processes for third-party services using designated internal systems. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of all delivery workflows and assist with special projects as delegated by the Supervisor. Build strong internal and external relationships, ensuring high standards of communication and service at all times. Understand and provide operational support for commercial receipt and delivery workflows as required. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience working within a broadcast, post production, or media operations environment is preferred but not essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail, particularly in relation to technical data, schedules, and reporting. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated computer literacy is essential, particularly with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools. Proactive and solutions-oriented thinker, capable of working independently and collaboratively. Comfortable working under pressure in deadline-driven environments. Additional Information Based at the Hammersmith office, some flexibility may be required to support content delivery across different time zones.
