Join Superdrug Head Office and make a real difference every day. Location: Croydon, United Kingdom. Hours: 37.5 per week, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our modern office close to East Croydon Station. Salary: Competitive.

Responsibilities
* Designs and delivers dashboards, data models, and ETL processes to provide actionable insights.
* Report to the Lead BI Developer and contribute to data-driven decision making to improve customer outcomes.
* Generate detailed customer-focused initiatives aligned with IT Department strategy and support execution.
* Listen to customers and implement ideas to improve service for Online and Offline channels, prioritising actions that delight customers and team members.
* Work closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, and other developers.
* Translate requirements into Power BI reports and SQL queries.
* Understand business operations and translate them into usable data solutions.
* Drive innovation within the Data & BI team through improved standards and solutions.
* Support sprint objectives by delivering dashboards and data models.
* Provide outputs that managers and analysts rely on for operational performance.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across the team.
* Maintain a customer-first mindset and seek ways to use technology to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
* Significant experience in BI development and SQL.
* Qualified in a relevant field with relevant certifications (e.g., PL300 or similar).
* Understanding of Agile delivery principles and data modelling.
* Expert knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Fabric, and Jira.
* Experience delivering dashboards and collaborating effectively in Scrum teams.
* Proactive in keeping up to date with market and consumer trends and feeding this into IT strategy.
* Ability to use data and insights to challenge the status quo and inform decision making.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable steps.
