Lead Customer Experience Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive customer experience excellence in our large-scale contact centre.

This role will be fully onsite in the South West for the 1st 6 months & then will progress to a hybrid business model.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of 200–400 FTE to deliver exceptional customer experiences
\
2. Champion CX journey mapping and best practices
\
3. Own BAU performance while driving continuous improvement
\
4. Inspire a high-performing, people-first culture
\
\

5. Proven senior leadership in large contact centre environments
\
6. Sharp CX instincts and journey management experience
\
7. A coaching mindset and love for getting the best from teams
