We’re entering our next phase of growth and are looking for a skilled Junior AI Engineer to broaden our engineering expertise — designing, programming, and training complex networks of algorithms to expand our AI programmes.
The Role:
In this role, you will help design, build and deploy intelligent AI agents that automate research, analysis and decision making across complex data and business processes. Working closely with an expert team of data and AI engineers, you will turn real organisational challenges into autonomous agents that can retrieve information, reason over context, integrate with systems and produce outputs that drive meaningful action. You will experiment with large language models, build retrieval and tool use workflows, engineer integrations and optimise agents for reliability, performance and accuracy. This is a hands on and high impact role for someone who is excited about applied AI and who wants to help reimagine how consulting is delivered so that it is faster, smarter and ready for the future. You will contribute directly to the creation of agentic systems that deliver measurable value for clients and transform how problems are solved.

Key Responsibilities Include
* Assist in designing, developing, and testing AI and ML models.
* Work with large data sets to analyse, clean, and prepare data for modelling.
* Support deployment and monitoring of AI solutions in production environments.
* Help evaluate and compare model performance and accuracy.
* Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and consultants on client projects.
* Stay curious — learn new tools, technologies, and frameworks that keep us at the forefront of AI innovation.
What You Bring
We’re looking for a graduate or early-career professional who has a strong technical foundation and is eager to learn. You might have studied one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Maths/Applied Maths, Statistics, AI/Machine Learning, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
* Solid understanding of programming (Python, R, or C#).
* Project experience in machine learning, data modelling, or AI research.
* Exposure to cloud tools such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS is a plus.
* Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* A self-starter who leans in, learns fast, always a step ahead of a problem and loves delivering impact for clients.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Enthusiasm for learning and experimenting with new ideas.
