Job Description: Leading off-price retailer TJX Europe - the home of TK Maxx and Homesense - has experienced significant growth and continues to expand, making it one of the most exciting and innovative retail success stories in Europe. This is a pivotal role within the European Consumer Communications team, a Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the Marketing & CR department. The team plays a key part in driving growth for our brands and helping deliver TJX Europe's Corporate Responsibility strategy. In this role, the Consumer Communications Officer will partner closely with stakeholders at a central (hub) and local (in-market) level, and work alongside external and in-house agencies to deliver integrated communications activity across PR, Social and influence - ultimately helping increase understanding, build advocacy and drive footfall for TK Maxx across its European markets. What you'll do: Social content and calendar management: Manage social output across YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest. Maintain and coordinate content plans, cultural and seasonal calendars, and toolkit delivery across European markets. Campaign support: Assist in planning and executing multichannel campaigns, ensuring alignment with wider marketing teams. Reporting and insights: Track performance, produce regular reports, and share actionable insights with key stakeholders. Stakeholder and agency coordination: Work with markets, agencies, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, on-time communications activity. Budget and process management: Support PO creation, forecasting, and ongoing budget tracking.
