Position Overview
The Area Cleaning Manager will oversee multiple cleaning contracts within the assigned area. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual capable of managing a team, maintaining excellent client relationships, and ensuring high standards of cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise a team of cleaners, providing guidance, training, and support.
2. Develop cleaning protocols and ensure adherence to maintain consistency and quality.
3. Monitor team performance and conduct site audits to ensure standards are met.
4. Assign duties and schedules, ensuring coverage and timely task completion.
5. Communicate with clients to understand requirements and address issues promptly.

Experience Requirements
1. Minimum of 3 years’ supervisory or management experience in the cleaning industry.

3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
7. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
