Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within NHFT to work as a Principal grade Psychologist for men and women who require Mental Health Treatment Requirements (MHTR) following low-level offending, with co-occurring mental health and substance misuse difficulties.
Main duties of the job
The role involves overseeing low-level psychological interventions, including psychoeducation, for depression, anxiety, and trauma. There will be opportunities to apply research skills to audit, policy, service development, and research within the team or service area.
This part-time post includes overseeing service provision and delivery, supervising and training staff, and working with key stakeholders to meet the mental health needs of the population.
