We are looking for a very capable person to join our close-knit experienced front of house team. Shifts vary with roles focusing on looking after customers at tables, bar work, seating and take-away coordination.
Start date: immediately
Hours: 20-30 hours per week.
Shifts: We will agree a guaranteed minimum number of hours with you depending on what both you and the business require. You must be able to work Wednesdays midday till late as well as Friday & Saturdays as these are our busiest services.
We are looking for someone with a wealth of experience in hospitality, an honest love for customers and a natural ability & confidence to resolve any dissatisfaction.
Our current manager needs to reduce her hours alongside her studies, so we are looking for someone new who is happy to take responsibility for day-to-day shifts. We are asking for at least 2 years working in hospitality, preferably in a restaurant. This role and is ideal for someone who has looked after a small team on shift and would like to build on their management skills but still wants to be actively serving customers.
Customers are our livelihood, you should relish helping people get the best experience from their time. We are a small team who needs to be flexible and work together, that includes getting stuck in with helping out the kitchen. Shifts can be quiet or super busy, you should be able to be pro-active and able to remain collected under pressure.
Pay is dependant on experience with generous tips in the region of an additional £4 per hour.
