Project Manager
We are recruiting for a Project Managerfor our UK North Civils business unit. The Project Manager will be number 2 on site leading the delivery of the scheme.
You will be:
Responsible for the management of onsite resources including the set up and mobilisation of teams, supporting staff and maintaining a motivated, high level of morale.
Working closely with the Regional Director, Assistant Project Manager, QS and Engineering team
Build and maintain close relationships with suppliers, clients, internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring that all onsite systems are in line with our internal policies and regulatory standards for health & safety, wellbeing, environment, quality and sustainability.

You will have:
5+ years' experience managing and working closely with subcontractors and direct staff
Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships including client management, supplier negotiations, staff management and supply chain planning
Excellent communication skills, people skills and experience preparing and reporting on key project information
