Duties and Responsibilities: Set up banquet areas and ensure tables are arranged according to event specifications Work collaboratively with team members to provide seamless service Demonstrate silver service skills, including correct plate and cutlery handling Perform wine service including presentation, pouring, and basic wine knowledge Provide canapé service during receptions, circulating efficiently and engaging professionally with guests Clear tables professionally and maintain cleanliness throughout the event Deliver exceptional customer service with a proactive and positive attitudeSkills and Experience: Previous experience in a similar banqueting or hospitality role (minimum 6 months) Confidence in team service and working under pressure during busy events Knowledge of silver service and canapé service techniques is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Flexibility to adapt to event needs and timingsAll applicants must be 18 due to alcohol service and eligible to work in the UK.
