Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will oversee Project Management, Design Management, Cost Planning, and all pre-construction services needed to deliver diverse residential-led developments—from high-rise city centre regeneration to joint venture housing schemes.

You will lead a talented team based in Manchester, collaborating across departments from project inception to handover and aftercare. Your leadership will ensure strong project and programme management, aligning delivery with vision, brief, and business plan.
What you’ll bring:
* Chartered Member of RICS or CIOB
* Experience leading pre-construction activities on schemes valued at £50m+
* Strong technical knowledge of construction technologies, including high-rise
* Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary design teams and complex programmes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
