What you’ll be doing:
* Role modelling and coaching for high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall.
* Managing compliance with processes while bringing passion and flair for great shopkeeping and customer service.
* Ensuring every customer gets the food they want to help us be the first choice for food.
* People management, including performance management, disciplinary actions, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
* Assuming overall responsibility for store operations when needed, providing direction and support to colleagues.
What makes a great food manager:
* Experience in line management within a fast-paced, operational environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills and ability to coach a team similarly.
* Proven ability to meet KPIs and other performance metrics.
* Experience managing disciplinary, performance, and employee relations issues.
* Capability to lead store operations independently in the absence of senior management.
