Contract: Part-time, permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 08:30 - 16:30
Salary: £26,440 - £32,230 pro rata (depending on experience)

The Role:
As a part-time teacher in this forward-thinking post-16 team, you’ll plan and deliver tailored sessions to small groups of students. Your lessons will focus on academic development, personal growth and social-emotional learning, designed around each student’s individual journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver creative, structured lessons that support long-term understanding
* Set personalised learning targets based on each learner’s starting point
* Adapt planning to meet a wide range of special educational needs (SEN)
* Help students build self-esteem, resilience and effective behaviour strategies
* Contribute to a collaborative, pastoral-first school culture

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a qualified teacher or experienced tutor who thrives on making a difference. Ideally, you will:
* Hold a recognised teaching qualification (QTS, QTLS, PGCE)
* Have experience teaching secondary-aged learners, preferably in an SEN or alternative provision
* Bring creativity, patience and flexibility to your teaching approach
* Understand and apply positive behaviour support techniques
* Be passionate about supporting young people with SEMH or SEND needs
* Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (insured for business use)
