Responsibilities
* Providing Person Centred Support.
* Supporting People to be Safe and Healthy.
* Supporting Independence, Social and Communication Skills.
* Coaching, Mentoring and Supervision of Staff.
Skills and Qualifications
* At least 6 months paid experience supporting people in a health and social care or community setting.
* Ability to travel independently (car driver with a clean driving license or access to a form of transport which means they meet the demands of post)
* Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, brain injuries, or autism using person-centred plans in care or community settings.
* QCF/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent required, or commitment to complete within agreed timeframe.
* Full valid driving licence with access to a car
