As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the friendly voice of our manufacturing and production team. Your primary responsibilities include:
Engaging with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and provide solutions.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handling order processing, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that arise.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Contributing to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and feedback.
What You Bring:
Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.

Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory-if you have the right attitude, we want to hear from you!
