Process Operator – Calender Manufacturing
Manufacturing Environment | 4 on / 4 off (Days & Nights)
We are looking for a reliable Process Operator to join a busy manufacturing team within a calendar production environment.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a fast-paced team, ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
Key Duties:
* Operate machinery within the calendar process
* Carry out safety checks and follow SOPs
* Ensure high-quality output and accurate documentation
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Support production targets and continuous improvement
About You:
* Manufacturing/production experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail
* Able to work 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
* Team player with a strong safety focus
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
