Regional Manager - MHA Communities South West
Permanent - Full Time - 37 Hours per week
£58,345 per annum (£60,679 per annum from 1st April) plus Additional £7,000 Car Allowance.
About the Role
MHA Communities is our national network of community-based support services, enabling people to live later life well. We deliver both digital and face-to-face activities in local communities, supported by a valued network of volunteers.
Our services are designed and delivered in partnership with local people, helping individuals to be more active, more connected and happier within their communities. From individual befriending to online and in-person groups, clubs, classes and wellbeing activities, we offer a flexible menu of support.

This is a dynamic and varied senior leadership role requiring passion, expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality, contemporary community-based services for older people, ensuring the very best outcomes.
The successful applicant will remotely lead a team of local Communities Managers across the following areas:
Cornwall
East Surrey
Hampshire
Kent
Mendip
North London
South Somerset
Swindon
West London
You will support your managers across:
* Personal and professional development
* Business and service performance
* Quality assurance and compliance
* Fundraising and income development
You will play a key role in strengthening services, driving innovation, identifying funding opportunities, and ensuring long-term sustainability across your region.

About You
You will be a resilient and confident leader, able to remain calm under pressure and foster that same calm and clarity within the teams you lead.
Your experience may not have been gained within social care or the charity sector, but you will:
* Be passionate about developing people and supporting them through change
* Demonstrate strong leadership and performance management skills
* Be commercially aware and comfortable driving service sustainability
* Be confident managing remotely and building strong relationships across a dispersed geography
* Have excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
