Straight Forward Recruitment are currently seeking reliable and motivated Packing Operatives to join our client’s busy flower bulb production facility based in the NR10 area.
Packing Operatives – NR10 Area
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling and preparing boxes and packaging materials
Labelling and sealing boxes accurately
Packing flower bulbs into boxes with care and attention to detail
Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation
Stacking and organising boxes on pallets
Working efficiently as part of a production line team
Requirements:
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and punctuality
