We're looking for an Information Coordinator to join our Places team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke
Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?
As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering high-quality project data management and compliance across multiple secure sites.
Your day to day will include:
* Managing the Common Data Environment (CDE) throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance and integrity of project data
* Hosting and managing training sessions for new users of the project CDE, acting as the main point of contact for support and coaching
* Maintaining project file naming protocols and managing MS SharePoint libraries, including administrator duties
* Ensuring Client Lifetime Quality Records (LTQRs) are maintained and updated
* Managing, scanning, and archiving site filing systems, drawings, and paperwork
What are we looking for?
This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if:
* You have significant experience working within secure nuclear/MOD environments
* You hold (or previously held) UKSV SC Clearance and have a British Passport
* You are highly IT literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email) and have strong communication skills
* You are detail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently across multiple projects
* You are comfortable with pre-employment checks including Enhanced DBS and SC Clearance
A Full Driving Licence is required (does not need to be UK-specific).
