You’ll be building and optimising real-time software that sits directly in the physical layer of advanced wireless systems — the part where latency, throughput and correctness actually matter.
What you’ll work on
* High-performance C/C++ on x86 or ARM
* Real-time PHY signal-processing implementations
* Optimising hot code paths using SIMD/vectorisation
* High-performance APIs for hardware-accelerated paths (Linux, PCIe, DPDK)
* Collaboration with DSP, FPGA and systems teams
* Software that ships into real 4G/5G and satcom deployments
Who this is for
Engineers with prior experience in wireless Layer-1 / PHY development, such as:
* OFDM/MIMO algorithms
* Channel estimation/equalisation
* LDPC, Polar or turbo coding
* ORAN Split 7.2, FAPI/LLS
* Real-time DSP implementations
* Low-latency C/C++ in hardware-adjacent systems
Senior roles focus on delivery and optimisation;
Principal roles add technical leadership and architectural responsibility.
