Responsibilities
1. The activities you will engage in are diverse and tailored to each individual’s needs.
2. You will be trained to provide person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.
3. Work may involve complex environments requiring adaptability and patience.
4. Encourage independence by supporting access to the community, work, and education.
5. Assist with daily living tasks such as cooking and maintaining a tidy living space.
6. Support individuals with personal care and medication needs.
7. Promote independence, choice, dignity, and privacy in all interactions.

Additional Information
