Elite Recruitment Solutions are looking for an Online Customer Support Assistant for a successful growing business within the Topsham area of Exeter (EX3).
This is a full-time position offering a salary of up to £25,500 per annum DOE, along with some fantastic benefits such as social events, onsite parking and much more. This role will require you to work 36.25 hours 5 days a week with the chance of occasional weekend work and will be office based working within a small, friendly and welcoming team.
What You'll Do as an Online Customer Support Assistant:
* Be the first point of contact for online customer enquiries
* Action and respond to customer queries online (web chat), via email and via the telephone
* Manage website orders, dispatches, returns and fulfilment
* Work closely with suppliers to monitor stock and delivery statuses
* Support order processing using Shopify and the internal CRM system
* Assist with goods-in and out, especially during peak periods
* Help maintain accurate inventory records
