We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to support works on the Sizewell C project. This role requires a capable and well-rounded Project Manager who can manage the full project lifecycle — from contract award through to delivery — while maintaining strong client and customer relationships in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage trackside civils works from contract award to final delivery
* Lead drainage, crossings, and excavation packages
* Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
* Maintain strong client and customer relationships
* Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, quality, and safety requirements
* Manage commercial performance with full understanding of NEC contracts
* Control change, risk, and cost throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensure accurate reporting and documentation
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering trackside civils projects
* PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification – essential
* Strong experience in drainage, crossings, and excavation works
* Demonstrable ability to manage projects from award through delivery
* Excellent commercial knowledge with a strong understanding of NEC contracts
* Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Well-organised, proactive, and delivery-focused

Package
* £400–£450 per day, open to negotiation
* Flexibility for lodging allowances or higher rates depending on experience
* Long-term opportunity (2+ years) on a major infrastructure project
