Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used efficiently and safely.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with company policies.
* Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or assistance.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless operation.
* Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel environments is preferred.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to the role.
