The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading UK provider of cash and payment infrastructure solutions, supporting some of the country’s top Financial Institutions.
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring these key partners receive outstanding service, seamless operations, and proactive account management. You’ll act as the first point of contact for day-to-day client needs, coordinating internally to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main contact for Business-As-Usual (BAU) activities across multiple financial accounts.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring requests and queries are handled efficiently.
* Collaborate with internal teams to uphold service levels and operational standards.
* Support and lead regular client service reviews, producing accurate and timely reports.
* Analyse data to identify trends, improve processes, and uncover revenue opportunities.
* Be the voice of the customer, representing feedback across the organisation.
