As one of our Sous Chefs, you could earn in the region of circa £44,000+ per year:

o Base Salary: Up to £38k per year depending on experience
* Tronc: Estimated at £7k per annum
* Bonus: and annual bonus potential of up to £2500
* Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required
