My client is a well-established national company with over 200 stores across the UK. They are currently seeking an experienced General Manager to lead their flagship store in Manchester.

* Salary: £40,000

The Role
As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the store’s performance and day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing all aspects of store operations
* Full P&L responsibility
* Leading, managing, and developing a large in-store team
* Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff
* Driving local marketing initiatives
* Monitoring and responding to competitor activity
* Ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
