Job Description:
Stratton Mills Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a childrens residential provider in Leicester that is seeking an experienced and dedicated Responsible Individual to oversee several childrens homes across the Leicester and Leicestershire area.
This is a senior leadership position for a confident and knowledgeable professional who understands Ofsted requirements, safeguarding responsibilities, and how to drive quality across multiple services.
You will split your time between the providers homes and head office, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence.
Duties
1. Ensure each home operates in line with the Childrens Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
2. Undertake and record monthly Regulation 44 monitoring visits (where applicable oversight is required)
3. Review and monitor Regulation 45 reports and service development plans
4. Maintain oversight of safeguarding incidents and ensure appropriate notifications are made to Ofsted and relevant authorities
5. Monitor complaints, allegations, and whistleblowing concerns to ensure robust investigation and resolution
