Warm & Experienced Nanny Required – Colchester, Essex
We are a friendly and professional family seeking a warm, experienced Nanny to care for our two children. This rewarding role will involve collecting the children from their local school and nursery, and supporting them through their after‑school routine—preparing snacks, engaging in playtime, supporting reading and homework, assisting with mealtimes, and helping with bedtime.
Responsibilities
* Collect children from school and nursery.
* Prepare snacks and support mealtimes.
* Assist with homework and reading.
* Engage in arts & crafts, imaginative play and outdoor activities.
* Help with bedtime routine.
* Drive to and from activities as required, holding a full clean driving licence and using your own fully insured vehicle.
Requirements
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a nanny.
* Level 3 Childcare qualification.
* 12‑hour Paediatric First Aid Certificate and Enhanced DBS (update).
* Confident, careful driver with a full clean licence and access to an insured vehicle.
Hours & Pay
Monday & Friday: 2.45 pm – 6.30 pm
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday: 2.45 pm – 7.30 pm
Pay: £18.00 gross per hour (£8,993.00 approximate total for this temporary engagement). Fixed term until September 2026.

* Location: Colchester, Essex.
* Working days: Monday–Friday.
* No pets in the home.
* Driving required.
* Job start date: As soon as possible.
