Job Summary:
As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract new students, forge partnerships with industry stakeholders, and enhance our brand visibility. Your expertise in business development and passion for the beauty and aesthetics industry will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to increase student enrollment and revenue.
* Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships within the beauty and aesthetics sector.
* Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals, potential partners, schools, and organizations to promote our training programs.
* Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
* Sales Management: Drive the sales process from lead generation to enrollment, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective students.
* Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies that effectively showcase our programs.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to enrollment and business growth, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their career goals.

£20,000 – £27,000 base salary (DOE) + uncapped commission | OTE £50,000+

The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you'll lead FAB HQ's sales and business development strategy – turning warm leads into long-term students and partners, building relationships, and spotting opportunities for growth.
This is a hybrid role (Manchester-based) where you'll work closely with our director to scale the academy over the next 12–36 months.
What You'll Do
* Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads.
* Deliver engaging sales consultations & discovery calls with prospective students.
* Use social media & digital tools to build relationships and nurture warm leads.
* Collaborate with our marketing team to optimise automation campaigns & CRM workflows.
* Provide outstanding client service – ensuring every student feels supported and valued.
* Identify opportunities to expand revenue streams and grow FAB HQ's reach across the UK and beyond.
About You
You are:
* A self-starter with 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management.
* A strong communicator who thrives on building trust and closing deals.
* Highly organised, with experience using CRMs and sales pipelines.
* Motivated by uncapped earning potential and career progression.
* Passionate about the aesthetics, beauty, or training industry (no direct industry experience required – but an interest helps).
