What you will be doing
Working with Telco Client Relationship Director to drive growth across UK & Europe for Cyber, Network & Field Services solutions. Creating Board-approved Telco division strategic business cases for Opco, Supplier & Customer engagement opportunities as part of the Northern European centralized targets.
* Oversight & operational support of RAID aligned to all delivery (RAG) status across Telco Delivery, generating weekly reports for Business Development & Delivery Director for presentation to SLT/Board where necessary. Presenting project statuses directly to SLT & Board on occasion.
* Supporting BU Leads with creating Headcount, Software, hardware/miscellaneous spend proposals for approval by Business Development & Delivery Director / SLT. Supporting matrix functions with business need/demand business cases where necessary.
* Supporting the BU to meet resource, delivery, succession planning, objectives, and targets set by the Telco Business Development & Delivery Director and wider Ricoh Northern Europe Board.
* Collaborating with Ricoh Telco customers, Sales, Delivery, Design & Implementation Teams, Technical Account Management, and third-party suppliers/vendors to create a future operational delivery state and ensure current delivery fulfills pipeline opportunities.
* Direct line management of Ricoh Telco Network, Cyber, Field & Engineering BU Leads, both permanent and contract, supporting their development and career growth. Supporting matrix management of wider technical personnel across Ricoh Telco as needed.
* Managing project budgets effectively to ensure profitability, with support from the PMO.
* Supporting the central strategy aligned with approved business cases for future growth and target operating models of the Ricoh Telco Division.
* Promoting a culture of proactivity, innovation, transparency, collaboration, and flexibility to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication skills and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
* Proven project/program management and people management skills, preferably managing multiple projects in a telecom environment.
* Understanding of networks, infrastructure, IT, tools, and practices.
* Experience supporting business cases, including scope, goals, deliverables, costs, timelines, dependencies, resources, and milestones.
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams, plan work, budget, and initiate new projects.
* Risk and compliance management across multiple projects.
* Strategy, management, and delivery capabilities.
