Stratstone Milton Keynes is looking for a Sales Administrator.
Your role
* Accurately ordering vehicles with given time frames
* Allocate registration numbers and taxation for new vehicles and make sure all documentation is correct
* Work with the sales team through the sales process to deliver right first time for the customer
* Invoice and register manufacturer warranties
Your profile
* A strong background in administration, ideally in a busy, fast-faced environment where accuracy and attention to detail are key
* Confidence using Microsoft Excel and digital systems, through managing data, reporting and documentation daily
* The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and stay focused whilst finding solutions quickly
* A keen eye for detail, ensuring every order, invoice and documentation is exactly how it should be
* Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous, however this role would also be suitable for talented administrator from other sectors who are eager to learn
