Mon – Fri, 36.5 per week (rotating 2-week shift pattern)
Up to £33k plus shift allowance
Rapid Recruit are currently looking for a Section Leader on behalf of our client in Barnoldswick.This is more than a leadership role, it’s an opportunity to inspire change, drive innovation, and empower people in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* As Section Leader, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations ensuring safety, quality, and productivity are second to none.

Requirements:
* Proven leadership in a manufacturing environment
* A positive, inclusive leadership style that motivates and empowers
* A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for innovation
* Strong communication and people management skills
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
* A commitment to health, safety, and quality
* Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH certification, experience with shift planning and KPIs
