A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Lawyer with not less than 5 yrs’ PQE. The Commercial team enjoys an enviable reputation, and typical instructions include:
1. Commercial Contracts including Supply of Goods and Services
2. Distribution and Logistics
3. Franchise and Agency Agreements
4. Joint Ventures, Procurement and Outsourcing
5. IT Software, Development, Hosting and Cloud Services Agreements
6. Data Protection
7. Intellectual Property and Brand Protection
It is not essential to have expertise in all of the above areas but we are keen to hear from non-contentious commercial lawyers looking to undertake a diverse and challenging caseload.
As well as managing free-standing instructions and projects, this highly skilled team often works closely with the corporate and litigation teams.
