The Opportunity
We're looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial, sales-driven Business Development Professional.
Recruitment experience is a huge bonus, but not essential — what matters is a proven track record of smashing targets and generating new business.
What You’ll Do
* Re-ignite 16 years of existing relationships
* Nurture long-term client accounts
* Create brand-new business opportunities
* Win vacancies + open new revenue streams
* Strategically grow accounts across multiple functions, geographies & group companies
Who You Are
* A high-energy, motivated, results-focused salesperson
* A confident communicator (phone, virtual & face-to-face)
* Tech-savvy with CRM experience
* Driven to hit and exceed revenue/sales targets
* Able to commute to Harrogate daily for this office-based role
* Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
