Kitchen Manager – Cold-Pressed Juice Production (Full-Time)
Location: NW2 (must live within 30 minutes)
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (early start on busy days)
Hours: 45 Hours per week

About Us
We are a leading healthy juice company specialising in high-quality, cold-pressed juices. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our production team.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and check fruit and vegetable deliveries + stock check
* Pressing juices on a cold-pressed juice machine + blending machine.
* Bottle, label, and package juices efficiently and accurately
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
* Supervise and support the production team
* Ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations, especially during peak days (Sunday & Monday – early start at 6am)
Requirements
* Must live within 30 minutes of NW2
* Previous kitchen experience is essential
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
* Highly reliable, hard-working, and detail-oriented
* Experience in dark kitchen is preferable but not necessary
