Contract: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week - 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch)
Annual Leave: 21 days (plus public holidays)
Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced contract administrator to work alongside our well-established electrical team to help manage one of Dodd Group’s largest accounts. The duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Working within a team
* Updating internal programmes of work
* Collating information and reports
* Liaising with Clients/Contractors/Direct employees
* General administration duties
Qualifications and Skills
* Previous repairs and maintenance contract administration experience is essential
* Strong IT skills in basic office programs
* Ability to interact at all levels from Client, Senior Management, Contract Management, Contractors and Directly Employed Operatives
