An exciting opportunity has arisen, where Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint a 0.6 - full time Lecturer in English.
Responsibilities
Deliver high quality teaching, learning and assessment, ensuring successful learner outcomes and maximising potential for all. The role will involve teaching and intervention for GCSE and Functional Skills English to re-sit students aged 16-18 and some adults where required.
Qualifications
Suitable candidates will have Degree/Level 5 subject specialism with recent relevant practical experience, and previous teaching experience of GCSE English. The successful candidate will be an inspirational English teacher, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and raise learners' aspirations through enthusiasm and strong subject knowledge.
