The role involves managing an extensive and often historic campus, ensuring the environment is safe, supportive, and maintained to the highest standard for both academic and residential life. Core Responsibilities & Facilities Scope Strategic Management: Leading the premises team, overseeing all maintenance (planned and reactive), and managing external contractor relationships. Estate Management : Responsibility for the maintenance of a complex estate, including academic blocks, specialist sports facilities, and boarding accommodation. Compliance & Safety : Full accountability for H&S compliance, fire safety, security, and statutory inspections across the entire school property. Compensation & Benefits Contract : Full-Time, Permanent (52 weeks per year). Salary Range : Highly competitive, commensurate with experience (expected to be £50,000 - £60,000 per annum).
