Randstad is currently recruiting for Year 6 Teachers in the PR3 area. Candidates should demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in working across various Key Stage 2 year groups. Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons
2. Prepare students for SATs, ensuring academic and emotional support
3. Use differentiated teaching strategies to cater to all abilities
4. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
5. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues
6. Take an active role in department meetings and school events

Essential Requirements:
1. QTS or relevant teaching qualifications (PGCE, BEd, etc.)
2. Strong KS2 National Curriculum knowledge
3. Proven classroom experience
4. Two references from the last 5 years (one must be child-based)
Desired:
1. DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
