We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to start as soon as possible on a social housing scheme in South Birmingham.
Role details:
* Repairs and maintenance
* Fencing
Key information:
* £23 per hour
* £33,600 per annum when permanent
* Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
* 12-week contract with the potential to go temporary to permanent
* Company van and fuel card for work purposes

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Multi Trade role
* Previous experience in fencing
* Maximum of 5 points on driving licence
* Own tools
* Preferably with experience in social housing
